We have two more football games. One home (this Friday) and one away game at Bells next week. If you have not worked the concession stand and would like to, Friday is you opportunity! Just respond to this email and show up at the concession stand at 6:00pm Friday! We could use a couple of extra hands.

October 29th, this Saturday is the Fall Festival at the Elementary School. The band is hosting a booth there.
November 1st, Booster Meeting in the Band hall at 7:00pm. We will be discussing and planning the Fajita Dinner and Auction.
December 6th, Booster Meeting in the Band hall at 7:00pm. Finalizing for the Fajita Dinner and Auction.

Hello All! It’s that time of year again, Marching Season! We are looking forward to an amazing year with the Mighty Tomcat Band. As boosters, we provide funds, equipment, meals, competition awards and a host of other things. We rely on the support of each one to make the Booster Club successful for the Band members. We are in need of concession stand worker volunteers and parents/friends to provide meals for the students on Fridays before games.
First, the concession stand at all Friday night home games is our responsibility and one of our main fund raisers. It takes 5-6 adults to work it. Please check the schedule below and volunteer to work! All volunteers are greatly appreciated! If you are willing to help, put your name beside the dates at return the email. I will send a ‘master’ schedule before our first home game.

Also, the booster parents and friends provide meals for the band members before each game. This is very beneficial for them and is greatly appreciated!
Please, pick a date (s) and provide a meal. In the past, parents have combined and provided meals together. Meals should be delivered to the band hall at a specific time which will be determined before each game.

In addition, our kids work up a huge thirst marching and playing in the stands! Donations of bottled water is requested.
Tonight’s preview performance will be in the MS gym. Hope to see you there at 7:00!
Due to weather conditions, we are moving our preview performance from the stadium to our practice field. A small section of bleachers is set up, but we would recommend bringing lawn chairs in order to watch comfortably.
Students: we’ll see you at 3:00.
Parents/Family: we’ll see you at 7:00!
