Fajita Dinner, Silent Auction, and Christmas Concert

December 12, 2015 – 5:00pm to 8:00pm – $10.00 from student, $12.00 at door

Our Annual Christmas Concert, Fajita Dinner, and Silent Auction will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.  We need your help to make this year’s fajita dinner the most successful yet.  The money raised helps fund the band’s bi-annual trips.  Students will be selling dinner tickets for $10.00 each; tickets purchased at the door will be $12.00.  All money collected from ticket sales go directly into the student’s individual account.  These tickets will go on sale later this week.

To make this event a success we need your assistance and support.  We are requesting donations or sponsorships to help with the costs associated with this event.  Last year a wide variety of items were donated including gift certificates for local businesses, baked goods, arts and crafts, and collectibles.  Donated items are definitely needed, but auction bids are also important.  Delay that next eBay or Craigslist purchase and think about supporting the band auction instead…when you show your support please know it is greatly appreciated.

We can make this fund raiser another success but we do need your help.  If you are able to donate, below is a list of the needed items:

 *All donations will need to be delivered to the High School Cafeteria on December 11, 2015 between 3:15pm – 6:30 pm.           

 Any donation you can make (money, auction items, dinner items, time) is needed and appreciated. The Mighty Tomcat Band and Boosters would like to thank you in advance for your continuing support, kindness and generosity.
